Asian City Restaurant (Pleasantville, NJ) - Dim Sum

Stumbled upon this great spot in Pleasantville, just a short ride from Atlantic City.  Outside of the few restaurants serving dim sum in Philadelphia's Chinatown, this is the only place that I'm aware of in South Jersey serving authentic, Hong Kong style dim sum in the carts.  To the left are steamed beef rib tips, steamed fish dumplings, and rice noodle rolls with shrimp.
Starting in the front, going counter clockwise: Vegetable dumplings, Steamed BBQ pork buns, Steamed shrimp dumplings, pork Shao-Mai.
Lastly, is a cup of Oolong tea, and baked BBQ pork buns that have a bready flavor similar to a sweet challah bread drizzled in honey with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and a sweet barbecued pork filling
We did get to try the steamed Egg Cream buns(not pictured), which are rice flour buns that have a sweet egg custard filling similar to Bavarian cream.  These "donuts" are topped with an almond glaze and are a perfect dessert to finish the feast with.
